Leaning on Something
Sometimes we reach to a point where we feel frustrated, alone or afraid, and eventually we are left with a nagging negative thought to give up.
When we reach to this point, we choose to lean on something to stop, maybe to comfort us in a way. When we lean, we need to be cautious, so we don’t slump down. Because it will be difficult for us to recover again.
In this context, I am referring to “leaning on something” to the people whom we surround ourselves with or invite into our lives. We need to be very careful of our selection and granting. People around us can either lower or raise our energy.
There is nothing better than a good company. It can be either a family member, a good friend, a mentor or a teacher. Always surround yourself with people who raise your energy, spirit and standard. Because one day when you are in a situation to give up, you can lean on them to left you up.
